A mission driven financial institution that provides financial products and services to people and communities underserved by traditional financial institutions.

Who Qualifies?
Persons doing development or starting a business in those census tracts designed for low to moderate income communities that provide economic stability or provide services for low to moderate income residents.

How can the CCDFI help you?
The CCDFI can provide financial resources for qualified persons and projects, or it can provide gap financing when traditional financial institutions don’t finance the whole deal. We will provide financing from 100,000 +.

Are the rates compatible?
Yes, but as with any lending institution, rates are based on credit and other financial criteria. We look for ways to make the loan.
