Chattanooga Opportunity Fund

What is COF?
The COF is a financial fund designed to provide small loans ranging from $35,000 - $150,000 to residents of the city of Chattanooga.

Who qualifies for these funds?
Small start-up businesses, women owned businesses, and minority owned businesses.

Are the rates compatible?
Yes, but keep in mind we are willing to take more risk than the traditional lending institutions. If we are able to make the loan, the rate will depend on credit and other financial criteria.

Who determines if I get the loan?
The loan application is reviewed by an underwriter and approved by a lending committee.
