2022 Food Mapping

Project Details: 

In 2022, the neighbors of Oak Grove asked CNE to help research food access in their community. CNE took on a food mapping project for a portion of East Chattanooga. Food mapping is a process where the community identifies what food is currently available and what gaps there are. CNE presented these maps to the communities it works in and to other organizations actively looking at the food systems in Chattanooga.
