Because our homes are income-based, we confirm your income before you apply. CNE rentals are available to those earning the area median income (AMI) or less. Check out our application requirements then email rent@cneinc.org to verify that you qualify. If a home is available, we'll help you apply. If not, join our waitlist and we'll reach out as units open up.
