Missing Middle Housing
Highland Park & Ridgedale
CNE purchased 34 vacant parcels in Highland Park and Ridgedale neighborhoods. After collecting feedback from residents and formulating a plan, CNE's NICE team works within the communities.
Previous Projects
St. Elmo Plan
CNE asked for feedback from the community in order to formulate a plan for the St. Elmo area in conjunction with acclaimed planner, Michael Watkins.

Frederick Street
CNE played project manager to a City initiative that paired UT students with Howard High students. The assignment was to design affordable houses that didn't appear as such.

MLK Neighborhood
CNE served as master developer for the residential areas of M.L. King near UTC campus. This included new builds as well as renovations.

Orchard Village
Completed in 1991, Orchard Village consists of 58 single-family homes. The project was completed with both government and resident feedback.

Fort Negley
To maintain the historic integrity of the neighborhood, CNE focused efforts on renovation and infill construction that complemented the area.

Three East Tomorrow
Three East Tomorrow is the redevelopment of Bushtown, Orchard Knob and Glenwood. The project included both new construction and rehab.

Jefferson Heights
CNE's work is reflected in the current configuration of this neighborhood. It was the result of extensive planning and re-zoning efforts.
